Ready to redeem your points?
Use your Nova UA uChoose Rewards® points to shop, travel, or cash out your way. You can redeem points directly at checkout through PayPal® or explore more reward options in your account.
You can apply online or at a NOVA UA FCU branch. After your application is submitted, our team will review it and contact you with the next steps.
Once you are approved for your credit card, you are required to open a Savings Account with NOVA UA FCU to become a member. Membership is necessary to activate your credit card.
After your card and Savings Account are active, register your account online. You may need to link your Nova UA FCU app with the uChoose Rewards program and agree to its terms and conditions.
You can use your points to pay for full or partial purchases at participating merchants.
Points will be deducted from your rewards balance when you redeem them. If your points do not cover the full purchase, the remaining amount will be charged to your enrolled NOVA UA FCU credit card.
Returns and refunds follow each merchant’s policies. If a purchase made with points is returned or refunded, any point adjustments will be processed according to the uChoose Rewards program terms.

You can redeem your points at the point-of-sale with our Pay with Points program or online for cash back, event tickets, electronics, gift cards, hotel rooms, rental cars, airline tickets, and so much more. Browse the Redeem Points tab of the uChoose Rewards site to see all the options available to you.
How do I use my uChoose Rewards points in the Pay with Points program?
uChoose Rewards is working with a variety of merchant and digital wallet partners. As we sign up those partners, you will have the opportunity to use points as a payment method during checkout and use your uChoose Rewards enrolled card for any residual balance after you use your points.
When I redeem for a product, can I ship my redemption to an address other than the one Nova UA Federal Credit Union has on file for me?
No, you cannot change the shipping address for a redemption from the address on file. This is to protect you against fraudulent use of your points. If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact Nova UA Federal Credit Union to adjust.
Can I return my redemption merchandise? How?
Some redemption items can be returned and some cannot. To understand the various redemption policies and processes, please review the program Terms and Conditions.
